Where all 8 LIV golfers remaining stand after their third round of the Masters

TLDR:

Key Points:

  • Bryson DeChambeau carded a double bogey at No. 15 but saved his round with a birdie at 18 to finish in solo fifth
  • Cameron Smith is the only other LIV member besides DeChambeau under par for the tournament

After the third round of the Masters, Bryson DeChambeau finds himself in solo fifth after a rollercoaster round that included a double bogey at No. 15. Despite collapsing down the stretch, DeChambeau managed to salvage his round with a birdie hole out from the fairway on the 18th. His 3-over par 75 puts him four shots back of leader Scottie Scheffler. The only other LIV member under par for the tournament is Cameron Smith, who sits at 1-under overall after an even par 72 on Saturday.

Other LIV members had mixed results in the third round. Patrick Reed finished at 1-over par for the day, Tyrell Hatton had an up-and-down round that included a double bogey at No. 18, Joaquin Niemann carded the only under-par round among LIV golfers for the day, Jon Rahm had a subdued scorecard with 16 pars, Brooks Koepka struggled late in the round with a pair of double bogeys, and Phil Mickelson’s round was undone by a triple bogey on the third hole.

Overall, the LIV golfers had a variety of outcomes after the third round of the Masters, with DeChambeau and Smith leading the way among the group.
